I'm a licensed therapist and certified coach based in Denver, where I love spending time outdoors—skiing, mountain biking, or exploring with my dog, Bentley. Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years in financial sales and marketing at a large investment firm and a financial startup. Curious about how people navigate challenges and personal growth, I went back to school for a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Benedictine University and completed my clinical training at Northwestern Hospital in adult outpatient behavioral health.
After completing my degree, I worked in private practice in Chicago, helping adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also spent 7 years coaching leaders with BetterUp, supporting professionals in translating insight into action. This combination of clinical and coaching experience shapes how I work—blending structured insight, practical skills, and intentional action to help clients create lasting change.
I specialize in helping high-functioning adults who feel stuck, anxious, or burned out understand how their minds and emotions operate, identify the patterns keeping them stuck, and take actionable steps that reduce anxiety over time. My approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy with skill-building and actionable strategies, so change feels sustainable, clear, and aligned with who you are.
My approach is collaborative, structured, and grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I help you understand how anxiety actually works—what triggers it, how it shows up in your thoughts and body, and most importantly, what keeps it going.
Anxiety persists because of patterns. Together, we identify the habits—like overthinking or avoidance—that unintentionally reinforce it. Then we begin taking intentional, manageable steps that reduce anxiety over time rather than strengthen it.
I provide education and practical tools, but I also listen closely. You are the expert on your experience. My role is to help you make sense of it and translate insight into action that feels sustainable and aligned with who you are.
The goal isn’t just short-term relief. It’s helping your mind and body learn new responses so you can move through challenges with greater steadiness, clarity, and confidence.

Cost
$200 - Initial 55-minute session
$150 - Ongoing 55-minute sessions

We’ll briefly connect to discuss what’s bringing you in, your goals for change, answer any questions you have, and see whether my approach feels like the right fit.
First Session
We focus on clarity: what feels stuck, which patterns may be reinforcing anxiety or stress, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask some questions about your background and current challenges to better understand your context and goals, and create a plan for how we approach the work moving forward.
Ongoing Work
Therapy is collaborative and action-oriented. Together, we identify patterns that maintain anxiety and take intentional steps to shift them and reduce them over time. I bring structured tools and education; you bring your experience and goals. Together, we translate insight into practical change.
Logistics
Sessions are held via secure telehealth, making it easy to attend from your own space. Most clients meet weekly or every other week. We’ll check in regularly to ensure our work feels focused, useful, and aligned with your goals.
